A 59.80 kWp industrial photovoltaic system designed on the roof of the tannery to support company consumption with renewable energy.
For Conceria Beschin, in Chiampo, Sistemi Solar Green has developed a 59.80 kWp photovoltaic system made up of 130 460 W monocrystalline modules.
The panels are distributed in three fields with different orientations, so as to exploit the available surface area and obtain a more balanced production during the day. Installation on a ballasted structure allows the system to be installed without piercing the waterproof covering of the roof.
The estimated annual energy production is 70.62 MWh, mainly intended to support the consumption of production activities.
Generating energy without penetrating the roof covering
Utilizing a flat industrial roof while preserving its waterproofing membrane and distributing modules across available surfaces—using varying orientations and avoiding excessive concentration of structural loads.
A 59.80 kWp ballasted system
The project includes 130 460W TCL Solar modules, distributed in three fields and installed on a ballasted aluminum and steel structure. The panels are combined with three Huawei three-phase inverters, for a total alternating current power of 49 kW.
Over 70 MWh of energy estimated every year
The designed configuration reaches an estimated annual production of 70.62 MWh and a Performance Ratio of 90%. The expected environmental benefit corresponds to approximately 18.08 tonnes of CO₂ avoided each year.
