Yes. You can install a system on your exclusive property (e.g. pavement or balcony) or participate in a condominium system or a CER. We also guide you in assemblies.
During the day it also produces with overcast skies, albeit less so. At night you use the energy stored in the accumulation or that taken from the grid with on-site exchange.
In most cases the installation falls within free construction. When a file is needed, we present it to the Municipality: you don't touch paper.

We monitor the measures quarterly and block access to the incentive at the correct times. If a measurement changes, we will offer you the most convenient alternative.

Condominiums
Photovoltaic on the common areas, CER, assemblies and cost sharing.
The system serves the common areas (lift, stair lights, autoclave) and the energy produced reduces condominium expenses. The decision is approved at the meeting and we accompany you throughout the process.
The condominium system supplies the common services; CER allows multiple units and subjects to share and valorise the energy produced, with dedicated incentives on shared energy.
For renewable energy systems, a majority of those present representing at least one third of the value of the building is sufficient. We prepare the documentation and estimate for the assembly.
Based on thousandths or according to the criteria decided at the meeting. We provide a transparent simulation of spending and savings for each unit before approval.
We take care of everything: GSE practices, connection, activation of the CER and monitoring. Maintenance and assistance are followed directly by SSG, without subcontracting.
